Guest access After booking this villa, the guest will have access to the entire villa and swimming pool all to themselves. Other things to note “We collect a security deposit of ₹15,000, which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout. In case of any damage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the remaining balance must be settled by the guest before checkout.” “Please lower your music volume after 10 PM so that you and your group can still enjoy, without disturbing the neighbors or attracting attention from the authorities.” There are some small construction work happening in the neighborhood. It’s an independent villa. LPG gas is unavailable; an induction cooktop is provided.
